Frequent Asked Question
Q: Please explain the scope of your free consultation service?
A: As a rule, we offer a free consultation for the first 60 minutes. You can meet with us in person at our office or online. In the consultation, we will preliminarily assess whether your PR application is likely to be granted or NOT, considering the HSP points and immigration law. Your issues and tasks will be clarified.
Q: I can only consult on weekends or evenings due to my work or school schedule. Is that possible?
A: We are open from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays and public holidays) from 10:00 to 20:00 Japan time. If it’s urgent or for special circumstances, we can make arrangements for a consultation outside of our business hours. Please contact us by email or phone.
Q: When and how should I pay the fee?
A: The fee is generally paid half as a retainer at the time of the case application, and the remaining half at the time of the permanent residency application. If your application is ultimately denied, we will fully refund the retainer, so there is no financial risk on your part (guarantee system). There are no additional costs.
